At Keyes, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted to order, so please allow time for thoughtful production and careful delivery. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
PRODUCTION TIME
All pieces are currently made to order.
- Standard production time: Please allow 2–4 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted before dispatch.
- If you need your piece by a specific date, please email us at studio@keyeskeyeskeyes.com before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We may have some small amounts of additional stock in selected styles, in which case dispatch will be within 3 days.
UK SHIPPING
We offer tracked and insured shipping via Royal Mail or a secure courier service.
